Ashu Dalmia & Associates is hiring an Associate Researcher to join their office in New Delhi. The role includes GST-related editorial work, analysing case laws, drafting concise summaries and one-page briefs, and assisting in legal research. The position also involves preparing legal content for social media and contributing to the firm’s knowledge development initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Carry out GST-related editorial work.
- Prepare and analyse case laws.
- Draft concise summaries, including one-page briefs.
- Assist in legal research.
- Prepare legal content for social media.
- Contribute to knowledge development initiatives within the firm.
Eligibility
- CS Inter or Final Year of CS, along with pursuing or having completed LLB.
- Completed LLB with registration at the Bar Council is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, GST laws, and compliance procedures.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent legal drafting skills.
- Ability to research case laws, prepare summaries, and manage multiple assignments efficiently.
