Details of the Job/Internship

Epiq is hiring an Associate Review Manager – Antitrust, Document Review Services with 6+ years of experience to join their remote team based in Hyderabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during document review projects.
• Conduct project planning meetings and consult on workflow implementation.
• Manage client expectations related to deliverables and timelines.
• Draft workflow protocols and training materials with the case team.
• Implement workflows within review platforms such as Relativity.
• Apply structured analytics including email threading and predictive coding.
• Conduct quality control using sampling, advanced searches, and scripts.
• Maintain a query log and report issues to the case team.
• Monitor progress, productivity, and budget adherence.
• Train and motivate review teams and team leads.
• Coordinate quality checks and finalize disclosure sets with the case team.
• Generate deliverables like privilege logs as required.

Eligibility

• Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission in any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in document review, including 2+ years in antitrust matters.
• At least 2 years of experience in eDiscovery project management.
• Strong knowledge of ESI concepts and review technologies such as Relativity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and legal analytics tools.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
