Epiq is hiring for the position of Associate Review Manager with 6+ years of experience to join their office remotely.

- Reports to: Director, Antitrust, Document Review Services
Role and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout document review projects.
- Conduct project design sessions; advise clients on workflows for maximum efficiency and accuracy.
- Set and manage expectations for project deliverables and timelines.
- Develop workflow protocols and training materials in collaboration with the case team.
- Configure and manage workflows in document review platforms (e.g., batch sets, fields, layouts, rules, security, and search term reports).
- Leverage analytics and AI tools (e.g., email threading, near-duplicate identification, clustering, predictive coding) to enhance review effectiveness.
- Implement quality control and assurance strategies using statistical sampling, advanced searches, and scripts.
- Maintain detailed query logs and communicate substantive issues to the case team.
- Monitor daily progress, productivity, and quality metrics; track performance against budget.
- Lead, motivate, and train review teams, including Team Leads and contract attorneys.
- Provide regular updates to clients on budget adherence and project status.
- Coordinate quality control efforts between clients and review teams.
- Identify and manage production/disclosure sets; ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Prepare and deliver final outputs, including privilege logs and additional client-requested deliverables.
Eligibility
- Juris Doctor (JD) and active admission to a U.S. state bar.
- Legal qualification and practice experience in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 6 years of document review experience, with at least 2 years focused on antitrust matters.
- At least 2 years of eDiscovery project management experience (law firm or vendor background preferred).
- Deep understanding of ESI management, review, and production.
- Strong experience with review platforms, especially Relativity.
- Familiarity with advanced review techniques including statistical sampling and predictive coding.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, formatting).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Client-focused mindset with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
