Vasu Law Firm is hiring an Associate (SEBI) with 0–6 months of experience to join their Ahmedabad office. The role involves assisting in matters related to SEBI regulations, share market, and corporate laws while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of work in a fast-paced environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in matters related to SEBI, share market, and corporate law.
- Conduct legal research and draft relevant legal documents.
- Ensure work is completed accurately and within strict deadlines.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced professional environment.
Eligibility
- Candidates must have 0–6 months of experience in SEBI or corporate laws.
- A strong understanding of the share market and commercial laws is required.
- Candidates with excellent research and drafting skills and a strong command of language are preferred.
