Details of the Job/Internship
Livespace is hiring for Associate-Secretrial with 1-3 Years of experience in the field to work at their Bengaluru Office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage all secretarial matters and compliances relating to the Company, board of directors, and shareholders.
- Expert knowledge of drafting, execution,n, and filing of documents about Company Law and RBI compliances including
- but not limited to drafting minutes, resolutions, notices, annual returns, XBRL filing, incorporation, and amendments in MOA / AOA.
- Ability to manage board and general meetings (AGM/EGM),
- Assisting in Secretarial and Internal Audits.
- Manage inter-department coordination within the Company, with another department, Practicing Company.
- Secretaries, Registrar & Transfer Agent.
- Maintenance and timely updating of Statutory Registers, and statutory records maintained under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Well-versed with preparation and e-fling of forms as per the requirement of the Companies Act i.e. Annual Filing and
- other event-based Forms with the Ministry of Company Affairs, FCGPR forms with RBI, etc.
- Monitor and update the organization on legal developments and changes in laws and regulations as pertinent.
- Having worked on IPO or prior listed company experience will be an added advantage
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary holding a membership with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
- LLB degree will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience, work experience with law firm to be an added advantage
- Strong understanding of Indian laws and regulations, especially in the areas of Secretarial Compliance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. You can structure and prioritize in
- a high volume, fast-paced environment and drive a process to completion
