Juris Corp is seeking an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its Securities team in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage financing transactions independently.
- Assist other teams with securities law-related matters.
- Deliver strong legal analysis and demonstrate effective drafting and communication skills in day-to-day assignments.
Eligibility
- LL.B. required.
- LL.M. or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 2–3 years PQE in Securities & Capital Markets.
