Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate with 2–7 years of experience to join its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage acquisition and sale transactions.
• Conduct title due diligence for real estate assets.
• Advise on development and redevelopment projects.
• Handle private equity and investment transactions, including diligence and documentation.
• Draft and negotiate leasing and licensing agreements.
• Advise clients on regulatory and transactional real estate matters.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–7 years of post-qualification experience in real estate practice.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws, contracts, and transaction structures.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
