Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate for its IPR Litigation Practice based in Delhi. The role requires handling litigation and dispute resolution matters, including trademark and copyright infringement cases, along with research, drafting, and client representation. The position also involves travel across India as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a cross-office team.
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prosecute cases.
- Brief counsels and appear before courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal notices and manage ancillary IP litigation tasks.
- Travel across India as needed.
Eligibility
- LLB (3-year or 5-year course).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
- Experience with trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright infringement cases.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and court appearance skills.
- Above-average academic credentials.
- Fluent in English.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- Team player with dedication and professionalism.
