Details of the Job/Internship

Chadha & Co. is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate-Labour and Employment with experience of 3 to 7 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3-7 years in a reputed corporate law firm and/or as an in-house counsel; 
• Qualifications: LLB/ LLM from a reputed university.
• In-depth knowledge and experience of labor and employment laws; drafting appointment/ termination/ severance letters, employment policies/ codes/ handbooks, contracts with third parties, settlement agreements; wage structuring, redundancies, social security benefits, etc.; day-to-day advisory and rendering of legal opinions; conducting workplace investigations; undertaking compliance and filing returns under the various laws; appearing before the labor authorities/ tribunals/ courts; 
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, proactive, and energetic, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines; 
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and working across multiple time zones and cultures; 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a low tolerance for politics at the workplace;
• Excellent written and spoken English. 

Salary/Stipend
