Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join their Capital Markets team in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise clients on initial public offerings, qualified institutional placements, foreign currency convertible bonds, and global depository receipts.
Assist in handling end-to-end execution of capital markets transactions.
Draft and review transaction documentation and regulatory filings.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with applicable securities laws.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
2–6 years of PQE in capital markets.
Strong analytical, drafting, and transaction management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
