Details of the Job/Internship
ANM Global is looking for a highly skilled legal professional with expertise in banking transactions, finance agreements, and IBC matters. If you have experience in loan documentation, debt restructuring, and NCLT proceedings, this is your chance to work on challenging, high-stakes legal matters with a dynamic team.
Practice Area: Banking & Finance & IBC Litigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Banking & Finance: Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements, security documents, and finance-related contracts.
- Regulatory Compliance: Advise banks, NBFCs, and corporate clients on structured finance, project finance, debt restructuring, and RBI regulations.
- Litigation & IBC Matters: Represent clients in NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and Supreme Court under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
- Legal Advisory: Assist clients with insolvency processes, debt recovery strategies, and resolution plans.
- Due Diligence & Research: Conduct legal research on evolving IBC jurisprudence and regulatory updates.
Eligibility
- Strong expertise in banking & finance and IBC laws.
- Solid knowledge of NCLT procedures and financial regulations.
- Excellent drafting, research, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
