Details of the Job/Internship

Chadh&Co. Chadha & Co. is hiring Associate/ Senior Associate with the experience of 3 to 7 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• Experience: 3-7 years in a reputed corporate law firm and/ or as an in-house counsel;
• Qualifications: LLB/ LLM from a reputed university (additional CA, CS, MBA qualification will be a plus)
• In-depth knowledge and experience of company law, contracts, FDI policy, M&A, due diligence; drafting agreements (such as joint venture agreements, share purchase and shareholders' agreements, technology transfer agreements, consortium agreements, distributor/ supplier/ franchisee and related agreements); preparing legal opinions; negotiations, etc.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, proactive, energetic, with an ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines;
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and working across multiple time zones and cultures;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a low tolerance for politics at the workplace;
• Excellent written and spoken English.
