Details of the Job/Internship

Chadha & Co. is hiring an Associate/ Senior Associate with experience of 4 to 8 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Eligibility

• 4-8 years in a reputed corporate law firm and/or as a hands-on in-house counsel;
• Qualifications: LLB/ LLM from a reputed university(additional CA, CS, MBA qualification will be a knowledge, skills and attributes:
• In-depth knowledge and experience of company law, contracts, FDI policy, M&A, due diligence;drafting agreements (such as joint venture agreements, share purchase and shareholders'agreements, technology transfer agreements,consortium agreements, distributor/ supplier/franchisee and related agreements); preparing legal opinions; negotiations, etc.;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solvingabilities, proactive, energetic, with an ability tomanage competing priorities and deliver undertight timelines;
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and working across multiple time zones and cultures;
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a low tolerance for politics at the workplace;
