Details of the Job/Internship

Equicorp Associates, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring  Associates/Senior Associates with experience of 4+ years to join their office in New Delhi.

• Practice Area: Litigation.

Eligibility

• PQE:4+ Years.
• Ability to independently advise clients pertaining to the dispute resolution practice area.
• Knowledge of drafting, notices, suits, petitions,appeals, applications etc. for civil and commercial disputes.
• Should be able to represent and appear before various Courts, tribunals and quasi-judicial bodies.
• The candidate should also have good analytical and drafting skills.
• Law degree and registered with Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
