Details of the Job/Internship

EZY Laws Advocates and Corporate Legal Advisors is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with 4 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and vetting memorandum of understandings, terms sheets, commercial contracts, such as agreements for sale and purchase of goods, agreements for rendition of services, joint ventures and partnership agreements, shareholders and subscription agreements, investment agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, agreements for assignment of intellectual property rights, trade and technology transfer agreements, etc.
• Have prior experience of due diligence, drafting legal opinion on commercial legal issues, knowledge of Companies Act, 2013, IBC, FEMA and Contract Act,1872 is must.
• Ability to analyse commercial transactions and advise client on various legal aspects, as may be applicable. 
• The candidate should also have good analytical and drafting skills

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB (registered with Bar Council of India) preferable with CS qualification 
• Remuneration: As per industry standards and Depends on the candidate
