Details of the Job/Internship

Goyel & Goyal is hiring Associates and Senior Associates to join its fast-growing corporate team across New Delhi and Bengaluru. The roles are focused on general corporate advisory and transaction work, including venture capital and mergers and acquisitions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on general corporate matters and technology-related legal issues.
• Handle venture capital and mergers and acquisitions transactions.
• Provide advisory support in regulated and frontier technology sectors, where applicable.
• Work on transactional and corporate documentation and advisory matters.

Eligibility

• Senior Associate (New Delhi): Minimum 4 years of post-qualification experience in VC and M&A, with advisory experience in regulated and frontier technology sectors preferred.
• Associate – General Corporate Advisory (New Delhi and Bengaluru): Minimum 2 years of experience in general corporate advisory and technology laws.
• Associate – Transactions and General Corporate (New Delhi and Bengaluru): Minimum 2 years of experience in VC and M&A transactions.
• Freshers are not eligible to apply.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
