Details of the Job/Internship

India Juris is looking for candidates for the position of Associate and Senior Associate with 1 to 5 years of experience.

• Area of Expertise- PE- VC, Investment Transaction /Securities/ General Corporate.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting/ Reviewing of term sheets, share subscription and shareholders agreement, convertible note, convertible and non-convertible debenture agreement, share purchase agreement etc.
• Drafting/ Reviewing of general corporate agreement and policies including partnership agreements, consultant agreement, ESOP, HR Policy,consultant agreement etc.
• Well versed with Company Law and Securities.
• Compliance requirements in investment transactions along with the issuance of shares as per law.

Eligibility

• Qualification - LLB/ LLM.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
