Details of the Job/Internship

India Juris is looking for candidates for the position of Associate and Senior Associate with 1 to 5 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting of the Applications under Section 7, 8 and 9 of IBC.
• Briefed the arguing counsel.
• Assisted the Senior Counsel in the arguments/submissions made before. the NCLT and its Appellate Body.
• Drafted the Reply to the Applications filed.
• Drafted the Written Submissions.
• Prepared Case Brief for the cases.
• Research on case laws for the Reply to the Application.
• Research on the legal developments/Legal Trends.
• Attended the Court Proceedings of the Hon'ble NCLT & NCLAT.
• Vetting, due diligence and review of the drafted prepared.
• Appearances in other forums like Consumer Redressal Forum (both State & National), RERA.

Eligibility

• Qualification – LLM (Corporate law)/ LLB (experienced)/ Advocate).
• The candidate should be enrolled as an Advocate with Post Qualification Experience of 1 – 5 years.

Salary/Stipend
