Details of the Job/Internship

JLL is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with experience of 5 years to join their office in Gurugram for Real Estate practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate lease deeds, leave & license agreements, and other property-related Contracts.
• Conduct thorough property due diligence, including title searches, verification of ownership, and assessment of encumbrances.
• Prepare and review construction agreements,architect agreements, and related legal documents.
• Ensure all legal documents are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on real estate and leasing matters.
• Assist clients in understanding their legal rights and obligations in property transactions.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide strategic advice to mitigate them.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions on behalf of clients.
• Work closely with other associates, partners, and support staff to deliver comprehensive legal services.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in real estate laws and regulations.
• Participate in professional development activities to enhance legal knowledge and skills.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 5 years.
