Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with a focus on Corporate Commercial Practice and M&A for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle corporate commercial and M&A transactions efficiently.
• Work with minimal supervision while ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
• Support partners in delivering strategic legal advice to clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transaction documents.
• Maintain high standards of ethics and client service throughout engagements.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer with relevant experience in corporate commercial practice and M&A.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a partner-led, client-focused environment.

Salary/Stipend
