Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva (KSK) is hiring Associates and Senior Associates – Corporate Law with experience of 2.5–6 years to join their office in Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

Advise clients on corporate legal matters.
Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
Conduct legal research on frameworks and regulations.
Provide counsel on mergers and acquisitions.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Liaise with clients and analyze legal issues.
Assist in hearings and dispute resolution proceedings.

Eligibility

2.5–6 years PQE.
LLB degree from a recognized university.
Proficiency in corporate law and legal frameworks.
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Experience in M&A, venture capital, banking and finance, or dispute resolution is desirable.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
