Details of the Job/Internship

 Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate for their general practice department.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate should have to deal with a variety of real estate, debt recovery, insolvency and bankruptcy, general corporate, general litigation, etc.
• The candidate must have experience in Carrying out legal research, drafting pleadings, prosecuting cases, briefing counsels, appearing before different courts and tribunals, drafting legal notices, drafting agreements, and all ancillary tasks associated therewith.
• The candidate should have the flexibility to travel across India as and when required.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB (3/5 Years)
• Experience: 2 years and above of experience as a general practice lawyer in a small or mid-sized law firm. 
• The candidate must be enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• The candidate must have a good academic background.
• The candidate should be proficient in the English language.
• The candidate should be able to do team worker, highly motivated, and able to work in a high-pressure environment.

Salary/Stipend

The salary will be discussed with the candidate itself.
