Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their Taxation practice in Delhi NCR. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise on direct tax and corporate tax.
• Draft legal opinions, appeals, and related documents.
• Conduct tax due diligence for M&A and corporate transactions.
• Provide advice on tax structuring and compliance.
• Advise on income tax matters.
• Stay updated on tax laws, rulings, and regulatory changes.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAI).
• Qualified Lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• PQE: 2–5 years in a law firm or Big 4 consulting firm.
