Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate with 2–6 years of experience to join their Competition Law practice in Delhi NCR. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in competition law advisory, merger control filings, and antitrust investigations.
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and regulatory analysis related to competition law matters.
• Support representation of clients before CCI, NCLAT, Delhi High Court, and the Supreme Court of India.
• Coordinate on multi-jurisdictional antitrust filings and liaise with international counsel.
• Work on competition law matters across sectors including technology, financial services, telecom, pharmaceuticals, infrastructure, and e-commerce.

Eligibility

Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India with 2–6 years of experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
