Details of the Job/Internship

Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring an Associate/Senior Associate with experience of 2 to 5 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and procurement agreements.
• Structuring PE/M&A transactions and drafting deal-related documents.
• Familiarity with the Companies Act 2013, SEBI, and FEMA regulations is essential.

Eligibility

• Candidates with experience in drafting contracts and transactional work are highly preferred.
• 2-5 years PQE.

Salary/Stipend
