Details of the Job/Internship

Vritti Law Partners is hiring Associates and Senior Associates – Banking & Finance with experience of 2–7 years to join their offices in Mumbai and New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on banking and finance transactions, including project finance and structured finance.
• Handle matters related to ECBs and corporate lending.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Provide legal advisory on financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members on complex mandates.

Eligibility

• 2–7 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in banking and finance transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Salary/Stipend
