Details of the Job/Internship
TEKsystems Global Services is actively seeking an Associate Senior Specialist - Legal to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role offers a unique opportunity to work within their legal department, supporting various legal initiatives and providing expertise in legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
Contract Review & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM):
- Assist with first level review and redlining of contractual documents i.e., MSA, Statements of Work, Change Requests, Proposal submission Letters, BAA, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (not exclusive, etc.).
- Assisting in maintaining proper contract repository both pre and post execution.
- Provide contract administration support for contract management process.
- Work with Senior managers from the US Team and other internal stakeholders to assist with day-to-day delivery.
Risk & Issue Management:
- Escalate matters to the Leads in a timely and controlled fashion to ensure speedy resolution.
- Ensure compliance with contract management processes and delivery deadlines.
Contract Management Knowledge and Experience:
- Understanding of commercial contracting principles and regulations.
- Working knowledge of MS Tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
