Details of the Job/Internship

Midas Legal is hiring a Legal Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Law, Employment, and Administrative matters to join its office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle service law litigation before CAT, High Courts, and related forums.
• Draft and review writ petitions, counter affidavits, rejoinders, appeals, and SLPs.
• Manage disputes related to recruitment, promotions, transfers, disciplinary proceedings, suspensions, terminations, and retirement benefits.
• Conduct detailed legal research and prepare briefs and case summaries.
• Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, and counsels.
• Stay updated on judicial precedents and statutory changes in service law.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council of India or State Bar Council.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Law matters.
• Strong drafting, research, and client-handling skills
