Details of the Job/Internship

Areness is inviting applications for the position of Associate/Sr. Associate to join their Delhi, office.

• Qualification: Holding a law degree from a reputed university. 
• Post Qualification Experience: 2 Years and above (insolvency and bankruptcy law).
• The Candidate should Have knowledge of bankruptcy law, codes, and regulations, as well as experience in doing legal research, writing legal arguments, and analyzing complicated legal matters.
• The Candidate should have immense Analytical and Communication Skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders on complex legal issues.
• The Candidate should be capable of managing and prioritizing large-scale projects, juggling multiple tasks, and adhering to tight deadlines.
• The Candidate should be excellent in drafting and reviewing contracts.
• The Candidate should focus on detail combined with outstanding research and writing proficiency.
• The Candidate should be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and relevant software.
• The candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of insolvency or bankruptcy cases, collaborating with clients to create practical solutions. They will be responsible for conducting research, creating reports, drafting legal arguments, and overseeing all aspects of litigation during the trial.
