Details of the Job/Internship
LawSikho is hiring for the position of Associate- Student Success with 3+ years of experience to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
1. Call Handling & Student Outreach
- Conduct 250–300 minutes of student calls daily via Ozonetel, Calendly, or similar tools.
- Initiate prompt follow-ups, check-ins, and session scheduling to maintain strong student relationships.
2. Student Onboarding & Orientation
- Deliver onboarding sessions for new enrollees to familiarize them with the platform.
- Guide students on accessing recordings, assignments, presentations, and key resources.
- Set clear learning expectations and explain course outcomes.
3. Performance Monitoring & Coaching
- Conduct weekly calls to track student progress and address academic/emotional/logistical challenges.
- Identify performance gaps and design personalized improvement plans.
- Support students in achieving freelancing goals and building employable skills.
4. Motivation & Productivity Coaching
- Address student concerns around motivation, focus, and time management.
- Celebrate student wins and keep them engaged through encouragement and coaching.
- onduct time audits and help students enhance productivity.
5. Retention & Conflict Resolution
- Implement proactive interventions to reduce dropouts and refund requests.
- Provide alternative learning paths for struggling students and help them get back on track.
- Handle conflicts empathetically and resolve issues effectively.
6. Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Share regular student updates and insights with team leads and academic departments.
- Collaborate with academic, support, and freelance teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain records and documentation for seamless workflow and handovers.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, English, Education, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in academic counseling, student support, or learner engagement.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
- A student-first mindset with a strong drive to support and inspire learners.
- Proficiency with learning management systems and calling/reporting software.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations while remaining empathetic and solution-driven.
Salary/Stipend
