Details of the Job/Internship

SPN Advisors LLP is hiring an Associate – Tax Litigation with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their office in Defence Colony, New Delhi. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• The role involves handling tax litigation, drafting responses, and representing clients before various authorities.
• The candidate will be responsible for filing returns including TDS, ITR, FLA, and SFT, along with performing reconciliations.
• The position also includes advisory on M&A tax, restructuring, and due diligence, as well as supervising junior team members and managing client communications.

Eligibility

Lawyer, Chartered Accountant, or Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
