SPN Advisors is hiring for the position of Associate- Taxation with 0-2 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
Tax Advisory & Litigation
- Provide strategic advisory support on matters such as M&A Tax, restructuring, due diligence, and drafting of legal memoranda.
- Draft responses to various tax notices issued by authorities.
- Represent clients before Income Tax Authorities and assist in litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research and interpret complex tax issues for client advisories.
Tax Compliance
- Prepare and review income tax returns for individuals, corporates, and other entities.
- Handle compliance filings including Advance Tax, FLA, SFT, TDS returns, and 26AS reconciliations.
Client & Team Management
- Communicate directly with clients to collect relevant data and documentation for compliance, advisory, and litigation matters.
- Mentor, guide, and review the work of junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Eligibility
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Law Graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in taxation.
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
