Details of the Job/Internship
Peritum Partners is hiring an Associate – Technology and Business Lawyer with 2–4 years of experience to join their Chennai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal solutions tailored to clients’ business objectives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and tech-specific agreements (e.g., SaaS, licensing, MSAs, SLAs).
- Offer legal support to technology companies in areas like AI, crypto, fintech, and IoT.
- Conduct legal research and contribute to the firm's knowledge base through content creation.
- Participate in speaking engagements and internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
Eligibility
- Enrolled Advocate.
- 2–4 years of experience (exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered).
- Strong academic background in law.
- Prior experience working with technology companies or IP-intensive businesses.
