Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate – General Corporate & Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) for its Bangalore office with 0–3 years of post-qualification experience.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on a range of corporate and TMT matters, including transactional and cross-border assignments.
• Independently lead and manage complex corporate and TMT workstreams.
• Contribute to sectoral advisory, client communication, and multi-team coordination.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 0–3 years of PQE.
• Interest in technology law, even if not previously practiced.
• Good understanding of the interplay between technology, law, and society.
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice teams.

Salary/Stipend
