Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring for the position of Associate with 0–1 year PQE to join their team. The role involves working on matters related to Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Private Equity / Venture Capital (PE/VC), providing exposure to corporate transactions and advisory work.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support transactional, advisory, and corporate legal matters.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs related to TMT and PE/VC matters.
• Collaborate with senior lawyers and teams on client assignments.
• Demonstrate initiative and interest in TMT and PE/VC domains.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year post-qualification experience.
• Prior internship experience or demonstrable interest in TMT or PE/VC matters.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
