Details of the Job/Internship

Rajeshwari & Associates is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of experience to join its Trademark/Copyright Prosecution Team at the Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle trademark and copyright prosecution matters.
• Draft responses, legal notices, and filings with IP offices.
• Conduct research and liaise with clients regarding IP issues.
• Assist in managing case files and ensuring compliance with legal timelines.

Eligibility

Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).

1–3 years of relevant experience in trademark and/or copyright prosecution.

Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills.
