Details of the Job/Internship

IndiaLaw LLP is hiring for the position of Associate Trainee - IBC to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior lawyers in handling IBC matters before the NCLT, NCLAT, and other forums.
• Draft pleadings, notices, replies, and other legal documents under the IBC framework.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research using tools like SCC Online, Manupatra, and LexisNexis.
• Prepare case summaries, hearing briefs, and compliance documentation.
• Attend court proceedings and client meetings to support litigation strategy and coordination.
• Maintain internal documentation and assist with filings and updates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent law degree from a recognized university.
• Bar Council enrollment is a plus but not mandatory for freshers.
• Prior internships or academic exposure in corporate law, litigation, or insolvency is desirable.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
