Chambers of Nisha Kaba is hiring an Associate Trainee for immediate joining in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in commercial litigation and insolvency proceedings across various judicial forums.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and participate in general corporate advisory projects.
• Support senior counsel in preparing filings, case briefs, and advisory opinions for corporate clients.
• Perform due diligence tasks to support corporate compliance and transaction advisory.
• Manage time-bound tasks and maintain strict punctuality in meeting court and filing deadlines.

Eligibility

• Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Competencies: A passionate, diligent, and dedicated professional approach.
• Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, productivity, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Availability: Ability to join the Mumbai office immediately.
