Details of the Job/Internship

iPACT Legal is hiring for the position of Associate Trainee to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial contracts.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, employment, and IP laws.
• Assist with IP filings (trademark searches, applications, affidavits, cease & desist notices).
• Support content development for the firm’s website and social media.

Eligibility

• Final-year law student or 2025 graduate.
• Prior internship experience in contract drafting and/or intellectual property.
• Residing in Bangalore and available to work on-site at least 2 days a week.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
