Details of the Job/Internship

Stoicus Legal is hiring an Associate – Trainee for a full-time remote role. The trainee will assist with corporate legal advisory and fund-raising transactions for early-stage ventures. The role offers a high-growth trajectory, direct reporting to a Partner, and requires the ability to handle fast-paced work under pressure.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with corporate legal advisory matters.
• Support fund-raising transactions for early-stage ventures.
• Report directly to a Partner.
• Work under strict deadlines and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility

• BA LLB / BSL LLB / BBA LLB graduate in 2025.
• At least one internship in corporate law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Interest in corporate law and deal-making.
• Clarity about career direction.
• Willingness to work remotely, learn, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
