Details of the Job/Internship
Badsha Legal is an Associate-Transactional Team (Legal) with experience of 2 to 3 years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of developments and regularly investigate revisions to pertinent legislation, such as those about corporation law, data protection, and business rules.
- Oversee client interactions and offer corporate customers strategic legal advice.
- Create, examine, and negotiate a range of business contracts, such as but not restricted to:
- Agreements for Master Services (MSA)
- SLAs, or service level agreements.
- Licensing Contracts.
- Service Contracts.
- Agreements for Data Transfer.
- NDAs, or non-disclosure agreements.
- Agreements for Confidential Disclosure (CDA)
- Agreements for Clinical Trials (CTA)
- Understanding Memorandum (MoU)
- Association Memorandum (MoA)
- Agreements for the Transfer of Materials (MTA)
Eligibility
- Post-qualification experience (PQE) in contracts and agreements for at least two to three years.
- knowledge of business and corporate law.
- Outstanding English communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- The capacity to function both alone and together.
- Excellent Research Capabilities
- strong negotiating abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
