Peritum Partners is hiring an Associate with 3–4+ years of PQE to join its Transactions Team at the Chennai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct diligence and prepare transaction documentation.
• Draft legal documents and assist in basic negotiations.
• Maintain a client-focused approach with attention to detail.

Eligibility

3–4+ years of post-qualification experience in transactions.
