Details of the Job/Internship
Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan attorneys are hiring a Associate - Transfer Pricing to join them in Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Representing and supporting the firm in transfer pricing assessments and appeals at the CIT, DRP, and ITAT level.
- Experience in domestic, international tax and transfer pricing matters.
- Experience in transfer pricing litigation, and international tax advisory.
- Experience in using renowned transfer pricing software for benchmarking purposes.
- Research complex tax theory and positions and apply them to specific client needs.
- Provide timely and high-quality services and work products that exceed client expectations.
- Maintain continuous interaction with clients, manage expectations and ensure outstanding client service. Team with tax professionals to provide comprehensive tax solutions.
Eligibility
- CA or Law Graduate from a known Law School with a strong academic track record.
- 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax with a working knowledge on transfer pricing assignments.
