Details of the Job/Internship
The Contract Consultants (TCC) is hiring an Associate – US Personal Injury (LPO) with experience of 2–6 years to join their office in Bangalore (Hybrid Model).
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft complaints, demand letters, and legal notices for personal injury matters.
- Assist in discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and responses.
- Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and accident reports.
- Prepare case summaries, chronologies, and liability assessments.
- Support attorneys with litigation strategy and documentation.
- Provide client communication support as required.
- Conduct legal research on personal injury laws across US jurisdictions.
- Manage documentation and ensure proper case file organization and tracking.
Eligibility
- 2–6 years of experience in legal drafting, litigation support, or LPO work.
- Prior exposure to US Personal Injury law is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of civil litigation processes, preferably US-based.
- Excellent drafting and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse medical and factual records with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tools such as Clio, Filevine, or similar case management systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
