Details of the Job/Internship
LexStart Partners is looking for a Corporate Lawyer well-versed in drafting commercial agreements and handling VC transactions independently to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Structuring transactions
- Drafting and negotiating Term Sheets.
- Drafting and negotiating Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholder's; Agreements, Co-Founder's; Agreements, Escrow Agreements, ESOP Policies, Advisory stocks, amongst others.
- Conducting legal and compliance due diligence for startups.
- Closing formalities for transactions.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Must have experience in handling VC Transactions independently.
- Work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
