Details of the Job/Internship
ANM Global is hiring an Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a full range of media contracts, including production and revenue agreements.
- Manage end-to-end legal documentation for feature films and web series.
- Advise on content compliance and provide guidance on regulatory issues affecting the entertainment sector.
- Oversee and manage Intellectual Property (IP) matters for various creative projects.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with business, creative, and production departments to align legal and commercial goals.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and stay updated on the latest media industry developments.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- Strong proficiency in legal drafting and negotiation.
- Ability to work in an onsite setting in Mumbai and commute to the location.
- Prior experience in media and entertainment law is highly desirable.
