ASV Law Office is hiring an Associate – SARFAESI, Recovery, DRT & IBC Matters to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in SARFAESI, recovery, and DRT matters under the supervision of the Senior Associate.
- Support the IBC team in managing insolvency and bankruptcy cases.
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain case documentation.
Eligibility
- Law graduates or associates with relevant experience in SARFAESI, DRT, or IBC matters.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and procedural knowledge.
