mentblue is hiring an Associate with experience of 0–2 years PQE to join their office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth and scaling strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operations and administrative workflows.
• Conduct outreach and engagement initiatives to expand the user or client base.
• Adapt to various "founder-associate" tasks required in an early-stage startup environment.
• Maintain high productivity and independence in a fully remote work setting.

Eligibility

• Law graduate or professional with 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• High agency and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Willingness to handle diverse responsibilities beyond core legal tasks.
• Strong interest in the startup ecosystem and building a product or service.

Salary/Stipend
