Details of the Job/Internship

Rajan Malhotra & Associates is hiring an Associate with litigation experience to join their Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in different courts and legal forums.
• Draft and review legal documents and case materials.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings.
• Provide legal advice across multiple practice areas.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis.

Eligibility

• Law degree from a recognized university.
• Experience in Civil, Criminal, Corporate, and Arbitration matters.
• Knowledge of Consumer, Banking & Finance, and Labour Laws.
• Understanding of court procedures and Indian legal system.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
