Details of the Job/Internship

S.K. Legal Associates LLP is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role at its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting contracts, legal opinions, and documentation.
• Conduct legal research and interpretation of laws and regulations.
• Support client consultations and case preparation.
• Appear before the High Court, NCLT, and arbitration tribunals under supervision.
• Assist senior lawyers in civil, commercial, arbitration, and property transaction matters.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB).
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of India is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, arbitration, and constitutional law.
• Prior law firm experience or relevant internships are an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
